dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research are to know is there any positive and significant influence of students’ perception on their English teacher performance toward students’ learning achievement at the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun in the academic year of 2015/2016. The population of this research is eleventh grade of SMK Muhammdiyah Kutowinangun in the academic year 2015/2016. The sample involved 59 students or 21% by applying simple random sampling. The method of the research are using questionnaire and documentation. Then, the researcher calculates both manually on by using SPSS. The result of this research are (1) students’ perception on their English teacher can be categorized as high level and the students’learning achivement can be categorized excellent level; (2) there is a positive on significant influence of students’ perception on their English teacher toward students’ learning achievement, the test score is 0.411; (3) the students’ perception on their English teacher performance influences to students’ learning achivement in the research is 16.9% or can be inferred that the learning achivement is influenced by students’ perception on their teacher about 16.9% while 83.1% is influenced by other factors. en_US
