dc.description.abstract Based on the research findings and the discussion in the previous chapter the researcher draws the following conclusions: 1. The mean experimental of post test is 68 and the mean control of post test is 77,31. So, to know students’ vocabulary mastery at the seventh grade of SMP N 16 Purworejo in the academic year 2013/2014 is good. 2. From the data analysis t-value is 2.59. then, the researcher consults the critical value on the t-table using the 5% (0.05) which the degree of freedom is 2.000. it shows that the t-value is higher than t-table (2.59>2.000). it means that the method done before presenting the material used by the writer is significantly effective in teaching vocabulary mastery of SMP N 16 Purworejo. en_US
