Diversity of learners ability and intelligence will always be present in the classroom. This means that educators need to prepare a comprehensive study. Educators are supposedly able to develop lesson ideas, organizing classes in accordance with the purpose of learning. In this connection, the promotion of learning and assessment models need to be the focus of attention in order to accommodate a wide range of intelligence possessed learners. The purpose of this research is to design and create a questionnaire to determine students' perceptions of the use of models of teaching and learning language skills. The research process begins with identifying the problems faced by students of Educational Studies in Language and Literature Indonesian language skills following the lecture. Data collection methods quantitatively and qualitatively. Survey sampling methods with techniques multistage probability cluster sampling and secondary data and documents studies. Based on a survey of 160 respondents found propensity models of teaching and learning activities of students in the lecture desired. They prefer learning with practical exercises (58%), a theoretical explanation (0.80), and the rest (42.2%) wanted a theoretical explanation followed by practical exercises. This is in accordance with the evaluation form that is considered ideal by students in measuring language skills and reasoning abilities-intellectual. They consider the practical test language, particularly making paper products, good essay, article or other forms of academic writing is more ideal (70%), while the rest (30%) choose the form of writing, both descriptions and multiple choice.
