Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of student learning interests with organization affective commitment at teachers of SMK Negeri in Kebumen District. The method was designed using correlational study with the subject teachers at SMK Negerei 2 and SMK Negeri Ambal, Kebumen. This study used product moment correlation statistics using SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The result with product moment pearson analysis method shows correlation coefficient between perception variable to learning interest with organization affective commitment. This study shows that there is a significant relationship between perceptions of interest in learning with affective commitment to the organization shown by the correlation coefficient number r = 0.370 with an error probability p = 0.010 (p <0.01). The absence of a negative sign on the correlation score indicates that the more positive the teachers 'perceptions of students' learning interest will be the higher the affective commitment to the organization shown by the teachers. Based on those calculation, effective contribution (R Squared) is equal to 13,7%. This shows that the teacher's perception on student's learning interest contributed 13.7% to the affective commitment of the organization to the teacher.
