dc.description.abstract | The aims of this research are (1) to find out whether using OmeTV to Improve students' speaking skill is effective or not and (2) describe the students speaking skill This research belongs to quantitative research using pre-experimental design The population of this research is the tenth grade students of SMK Tamtama 2 Prembun which consists of 81 students. The sample of this research is X MPLB that consist of 30 students. The data were taken at 22th August 2023 until 5th September 2023. The technique of the data collection is using test. It was done by giving pre test and post-test Meanwhile, the technique of data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis The result of this research shows that the mean score of pre-test is 48.83 which belongs to poor category, and the mean score of post-test 5.81 which belongs to sufficient category. To see whether the hypothesis is accepted on rejected, the researcher uses t-test through IBM SPSS 27. The result of two sided significance value is 0.001 Based on the 0.05 significance level, the computation shows that two sided significance value is lower than 0.05 (0.01-0.05) Therefore, it can be concluded that OmeTV media is effective to Improve students' speaking Skill at Tenth grade of SMK Tamtama 2 Prembun. | |
