Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the
livestock corporation program at the Pare Anom Farmer Group in Tlogoguwo
Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency. The focus of the study is to
examine four main aspects: institutional service support, on-farm production,
innovation and technology, and infrastructure. The research method used is
qualitative descriptive, comprehensively described based on frequency distribution
tables. Sampling was conducted using a census method, in which all 21 members
of the Pare Anom Farmer Group served as respondents. Data collection was carried
out through observation, interviews, and structured questionnaires, analyzed using
a Likert scale and descriptive analysis.
The results indicate that the overall effectiveness level of the corporate
program implementation falls into the quite Effective category, with an average
score of 69.3. The group's main strengths lie in the on-farm production aspect (score
78) and infrastructure (score 77.2), supported by good scale operations, breeding
integration, and adequate access to feed and basic infrastructure. However, there is
a significant weakness in the innovation and technology aspect, which is assessed
as ineffective (score 48), characterized by low adoption of modern technology and
reliance on traditional methods. The institutional aspect (score 74) is structurally
effective, but its function is hampered by low active participation from members
and minimal business diversification. It is concluded that the Pare Anom Farmer
Group has sufficient initial capital to move towards corporatization, but intensive
internal capacity strengthening is needed, especially in terms of adopting
innovations and enhancing member participation to maximize economic potential.
